Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway Offical Contest Rules
1. Contest Overview
These are the official rules (the “Rules”) that apply to the Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway Instagram contest (the “Contest”) held from Tuesday, April 22, 2025 to Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).
Sponsor: MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (the “Sponsor(s)”).
Note: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility
Who Can Enter
Open to individuals who:
Are residents of Canada or the United States (excluding Florida),
Are 19 years of age or older,
Have an active Instagram account,
Are Momentum members (Sponsors’ rewards program) or agree to register (free) to redeem the Prize.
Who Cannot Enter (Excluded Individuals)
The following individuals are NOT eligible:
(i) Self-excluded individuals from either Site,
(ii) Individuals restricted by court order,
(iii) Individuals restricted by the AGCO or GCA,
(iv) Employees, affiliates, agents, partners of the Sponsor or contest-related agencies,
(v) Trade union staff representing Site employees,
(vi) Registered GCA suppliers repairing gaming equipment,
(vii) Members/employees of the AGCO,
(viii) Certain OLG employees (e.g., CAT1 gaming assistants).
Non-compliance with the Rules may result in disqualification at the Sponsors’ discretion.

Up to 100 entries for tagging others (1 per unique tag),
Max total entries per person: 102.
5. Prize Details
One (1) Grand Prize, with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,057.80 CAD, includes:
2 tickets to Fallsview Food and Drink Fest Food Con ($230)
2 Niagara Helicopters flight tickets ($370)
2 Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour tickets ($85.90)
2 Niagara Parks Adventure Passes ($218)
2 Whirlpool Jet Boat Tour tickets ($153.90)
Prize Redemption:
Winner must be a Momentum member or register to claim (free of charge).
6. Winner Selection and Confirmation
One (1) winner (the “Selected Entrant”) will be drawn at random.
Notified via Instagram DM within five (5) business days.
To claim the Prize, the Selected Entrant must within ten (10) business days:
(i) Be or become a Momentum member,
(ii) Correctly answer a skill-testing question,
(iii) Sign a Declaration and Release form,
(iv) Provide government-issued photo ID.
Failure to comply results in disqualification. A new winner may be selected; if the alternate is disqualified, the Prize will be forfeited.
The Prize is non-transferable, and substitutions are only allowed at the Sponsors’ discretion.
7. Use of Personal Information

The “Group” (Sponsors, Instagram, OLG, etc.) assumes no responsibility for:
Late/lost/illegible entries,
System errors or technical issues,
Fraudulent entries.
No purchase or gambling required for entry.

Modify/terminate the Contest at any time,
Disqualify cheaters or abusers.
